1. Yes because the bullying etc. eventually led to a suicide. But more than the two girls were involved so they should have got something as well.
2. Misdemeanor-- a minor wrong doing Felony-- a crime, typically one involving violence, regarded as more serious than a misdemeanor, and usually punishable by imprisonment for more than one year or by death.
3. Think parents should monitor their children better.
